1. Milestone-Based Refund Protection

Our milestone-based payment system is designed to protect your investment:

Before Milestone Approval

  • You are not charged until you approve each milestone
  • Request unlimited revisions within the milestone scope
  • If unsatisfied, we work until the deliverable meets agreed requirements

After Milestone Approval

  • Approval indicates satisfaction with the deliverable
  • Refunds for approved milestones are generally not provided
  • Exceptions may be made for demonstrable defects (see Section 3)

2. Project Cancellation Refunds

Deposit/Down Payment

  • If project is cancelled before work begins: 100% refund minus any third-party costs already incurred (domain registration, licenses, etc.)
  • If project is cancelled after work has started: Refund of unused portion based on completed work

Milestone Payments

  • Approved milestones: Non-refundable (work completed and accepted)
  • Current milestone in progress: Refund of unutilized portion based on work completed
  • Future milestones: Full refund of any prepaid amounts

3. Quality Guarantee

If a delivered milestone contains significant defects that:

  • Do not meet the agreed specifications
  • Are not functional as specified
  • Were not discovered during the review period despite reasonable inspection

We will:

  1. First attempt to correct the issues at no additional cost
  2. If correction is not possible, provide a pro-rated refund for that milestone

This guarantee applies for the duration of the specified support period.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at info@peakcodesolutions.com within 30 days of the issue
  2. Provide detailed description of the problem or reason for refund
  3. Provide supporting documentation if applicable (screenshots, error logs, etc.)
  4. Allow us 2-3 business days to review your request
  5. We'll respond with our decision and next steps

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Third-party costs (domain registrations, app store fees, licenses, API credits)
  • Time spent on approved milestones
  • Work delivered beyond agreed specifications at client request
  • Changes to project requirements that increase scope

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and may suspend or terminate your access to our services.

8. Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee on the first milestone of any project:

  • If you're not satisfied with the first milestone deliverable
  • AND we cannot resolve your concerns through revisions
  • We will provide a full refund of the first milestone payment
  • This guarantee applies within 14 days of first milestone delivery

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
